Sophisti-cat Challenge - Stitching

Good morning,

The challenge at Sophisti-cat this week is stitching. You can have real or faux stitching on your project and my card has some faux stitching, made using a paper piercer and a white gel pen.

I usually like to add real stitching to my cards but I didn't have room to get my sewing machine out without moving a load of stuff!

I was lucky enough to be given some push moulds for my birthday. I made this little bee using one of the moulds, some modelling clay, acrylic paints and stickles glue. I am so pleased with it!!

I am also entering this into the very first challenge at One Stitch at a Time where the theme is "Stitching".

I hope you have a great day. Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog.

Clare xx

This is so pretty Clare. Nice to see such lovely Spring colours - when it's trying to snow outside. Love the faux stitching. I haven't added real stitching for ages so I must make an effort soon!

How very cute Clare! I love this image and how you've made it pop! I haven't had much blog hopping time lately with getting everything ready for the new baby.
But your creations are fabulous as always!

Such a fab card Clare!

Love all details and the spring colours. The bee is gorgeous, it works so well with the sentiment! (I´ve been thinking of using clay details on cards too, funny how ideas travel fast.)

I really wish that spring could come now :)
