Hanging Treat Box

Good morning!

I thought crafting was supposed to be a stress buster. I am so stressed after making this hanging treat box. I took my lap top to my craft room so I could follow the instructions to make the box, but this took up so much room I hardly had any left to craft and got in a complete mess! Oh well, I'm happy now it's finished.

I am entering it into two challenges:-

Project Tuesday - "Hanging Treat Box" and
Creative Insipirations - "Gift"

(my apologies for the poor pictures today).

I made this so it could be given to a male or a female. I haven't added any treats but there is space to put small chocolate bars or similar. I didn't have a bottle of wine either so it's being modelled by some white wine vinegar!

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog and look at this project.

Happy Thursday to you.

No wine or chocolates Clare - no wonder you were stressed LOL. This is lovely, I especially like the way you have incorporated the nestie's labels into it.

Have a great day,

Emma x (hopy your goodies have arrived ;D)

Oh, I love this project Clare! Great papers and you are adventurous to give this a try. I get intimidated by all these folding paper projects.
Great job!

Hi Clare

It was well worth the effort, I love it. We would never have known it was vinegar. But shame you couldn't drink afterwards!!!!

Well, sometimes the projects that cause you the most trouble are the ones that turn out really well, and this looks like one of those, it's beautiful. Inspired use of the vinegar bottle! Hugs, Nicki

This is a fantastic gift idea, Clare! I know what you mean--sometimes these projects turn out to be more difficult than originally thought. I end up crabby instead of happy! ;)

I love paper engineering but find it can be quite stressful trying to produce an acceptable result.
You've managed to do that though so give yourself a pat on the back ... I think I may have your bottle of wine in front of me right now ... didn't touch the choccy though LOL!
