WOYWW

Hi Folks!

It's time for What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday, the brainchild of Julia at Stamping Ground. If you want know more why not visit her blog and find out what it's all about.

I am cheating this week. What you see here is my desk on Tuesday evening. If I had waited until this morning to take my picture, then you would have nothing to look at but an empty desk!

Can you guess what Mrs Postie delivered to me? I know, too easy! I am a very happy bunny to be in possession of these lovely Tim Holtz Alterations dies. The flower you can see is made by simply layering the tattered florals which I first swiped with Victoria Velvet and Spun Sugar Distress Inks. The only extra is a Leonne Em punched stamen in the middle.

You can also see on my desk a work in progress sample card for Cuddly Buddly and a Christening card I have been asked to make. Last week I asked OH to take some of my cards into work with him to see if anyone wanted to buy any. I've sold three so far and am really chuffed! I'm donating 50% of the sale price to charity and keeping the other 50% to go towards replenishing materials.

Thank you for visiting my desk today, I look forward to popping by and visiting yours.

Hugs, Clare xx

If you could see me now Clare you would crack up laughing, my PC is not playing the game and for some reason freezes when I click on comment, so I have had to turn on Petes Pc and skating across the room on his swivel chair between the two doing different tssks on both....lol

You must tell me were you got the dies from Clare, I need the flower one so badly...

Well done for selling some cards and how kind of you to donate, I am much the same as you and would be happy just to get a bit of cash to replace my stash.

Have a great day, your not too far from me so must be getting the lovely sunshine too

well Clare - call me thick if you like - but I have the TH flower die, and didn't realise that it was meant to be layered like that - I thought it was a collection of random flower shapes and thought - what if I only want the big one and not the small one... I know - thick or what? So thank you for enlightening me - without even knowing it!!!

That christening card looks gorgeous - is it from the forever friends CD ROM - If so, I also have it and haven't even opened it yet... although i feel that some of the cards i need to do for the weekend are going to have to come from that!!!

Hugs
