WOYWW

Good morning,

Since I have started participating in Julia's What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday, a very strange thing is happening - it always seems to be Wednesday!! It only seems five minutes since last week's WOYWW post.

My mojo has taken a runner at the moment so I thought I would leave it wherever it is for a while and give it time to come back of it's own accord. To fill time I decided I would try and make some paper roses - here is my first attempt. I'm always making paper flowers, but I've never tried these before.

I don't have any 6 petal flower punches so I have used stamps which I cut out, pre-cut flowers and blossom nestabilities. The yellowy flower on the left is made from grunge paper and cut with blossom nesties - this one is my favourite.

Well that's my desk, albeit close-up. I thought I would also share some more of my craft room today. If I look right from where I sit, this is what I see.

Look at those shelves bowing! The bag at the bottom right is for my scrap paper which I recycle. It's a bit of a mess isn't it?

Since last week, I have been getting to grips with my new sewing machine and I love it. It's so easy to use which is ideal for me.

I look forward to visiting your workdesk this Wednesday.

Hugs, Clare x

Oh yes, Wednesdays come round in the blink of an eye now! Love the roses, I really must have a go at my own flowers one day, but my god! Stamping and cutting them out would drive me insane!! Love all your shelves and it's very neat and tidy. I have one bin and two plastic bags by my desk, one for general waster, one for paper and one for plastic. The paper and plastic then get put in the recycling.
